By submitting a request for information about a particular property your information will be passed on the the estate agent(s) representing the vendor(s) of the property you are interested in. These estate agents are permitted to use your information ONLY for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, they may not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties and under spanish law they may not add you to any electronic mailing listing without your explicit consent.

When you make a General Enquiry (for example by using our LET US SEARCH FOR YOU feature), you authorise us to pass on your personal information to up to 5 estate agents whom we select as being most able to respond effectively to your enquiry. Again these estate agents are only permitted to use your information for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and may not sell or rent your rent your personal information to any third parties and under spanish law may not add you to any electronic mailing listing without your explicit consent.

When we record your personal information we also log your IP Address; Browser type, and operating system this allows us to produce broad demographic statistics and perform analysis on our visitor numbers and rate our advertising sources.
